The key to making Blackstone smash burgers is in the Blackstone smash technique. Instead of forming the meat into thick patties, the meat is portioned out into small balls, then smashed flat on a hot griddle with a metal spatula.
Say hello to a thin crispy exterior with a juicy inside. Plus, the high heat creates a Maillard reaction which caramelizes the meat's surface and gives that crusty flavor that can't be beat.
Don't be afraid to customize your toppings! From classic options like ketchup and mustard to more unique options like sriracha aioli and grilled pineapple.
The thin patty lets you pack on those toppings! Blackstone smash burgers are a family favorite at backyard cookouts and dinnertime.
Whether you're a seasoned burger enthusiast or just looking to switch up your grilling game, Blackstone smash burgers are a must-try.
Quick, easy to make and full of flavor - how do you beat that? So, let's get started on this juicy, crispy Blackstone smash burger!
